• ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) that you see on our website are subject to change and are estimations based on the information provided by our freight partners overseas. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a series of disruptions including limited freight container availability, slower than usual transit times, delays at port, and additional delays via rail and highway. Our logistics team is working diligently to update posted ETAs whenever new dates are made available to us.
• We recommend reserving backordered items well in advance to ensure the arrival of products to coincide with your project lead times. If you are currently working on a tight deadline, please contact us directly and a customer representative will assist you by reviewing product availability.
• We are experiencing a level of unprecedented demand for our products and strongly encourage all of our clients to secure inventory as it becomes available. We suggest that the quickest way to shop and complete your project is to check if the status of a product is backordered or not.
