Any order marked as released/shipped cannot be cancelled. Once released to ship, if delayed by the freight carrier(s), that order is considered shipped.

Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon arrival of the delivery, we ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. Customer Service must be notified regarding the damages or defects within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery. Photos of the item(s) and a detailed description of the issues should be sent to Refunds and replacements will be determined after the case is reviewed by Katrina’s Home Furniture and the manufacturer.

A 25% restocking and return shipping fee will be applied if the customer is wanting to return any order due to customer error, remorse, or aesthetic dissatisfaction. This fee will be taken from the original purchase amount.

Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Important: Any order marked as released or shipped by the manufacturer cannot be cancelled. Once the delivery has been released, the order is deemed shipped. This includes delays by freight carriers, if the order is being shipped LTL. If a freight delivery is refused – the customer shall be responsible for any return freight shipping costs.

All LTL Freight shipments are FINAL SALE and can not be refused. The customer is responsible for any return freight costs.

Please note that items ordered from our “Sale” section are final sales and cannot be returned.

DAMAGED PARTS – If you discover a problem after you’ve accepted delivery, please email within 5 business days of receipt. We may be able to help resolve the problem without requiring a return of the item. We will be happy to inquire about replacement for parts that may have been damaged. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective parts to facilitate processing of the replacement parts. This helps us to identify the parts that may have been damaged and to expeditiously resolve your problem.

REMORSE – Katrina’s Home Furniture does not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction. Many of the products on our site are skillfully hand crafted with variations in color, size and finish making these irregularities an important part of the elegance and beauty of the products.
Also, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

As always our customer service team is always able to answer any questions regarding a product prior to purchase, for detailed information such as, dimensions/measurements, material and installation instructions.



Customer authorizes, understands and agrees that all charges, balances, taxes and fees as outlined in the order summary can be charged on credit card provided at time of sale.

Customer will be responsible for all applicable taxes regardless of the amount quoted on this web site at the time the order is placed. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Katrina’s Home Furniture will honor price adjustments for up to 14 days after date of sale.
